Will we have a franchise support system?
  • As a franchise, we want to ensure that our understanding and implementation of all requirements meet our standards. To this end, we will schedule meetings on a pre-decided timeframe. These virtual sessions will be agenda- focussed and allow us to share information and knowledge that will bring better clarity and help solve issues. Aside from a well documented manual, we will also share important contact information among different levels to aid better coordination and assistance.
  • We aim to have a centralized meeting at least once a year, where key individuals from all franchises will get together for a conference.

  • Will we provide interior / exterior centre design support
  • Our inception costs list what our minimum space requirements are. We have arrived at this conclusion based on extensive research and consider this aspect non-negotiable.
  • Aside from this, we have existing floor plans and designs we have used in our head office which can be made available to interested parties. We can provide you with information and contacts for space requirements as well as our list of equipments and essentials that you need to be able to run a successful centre. You can also review pictures of our head office if you prefer.
  • However, we also believe that as a franchisee, we would like to keep it flexible and allow your insight into more innovative options, as long as it meets our minimum space requirements.

  • Technical & training support - culture, procurement, teacher training, business training etc
  • We have an extensive operational manual that we provide when you take up a franchise with us. The operation manual provides roles descriptions and responsibilities for various designations, their induction and code of conduct. It also acts as a point of reference towards the financial and safety aspects of our operations. Curriculum, parental involement and communication are also included.
  • For technical training, requirements are primarily concerned with operating the student management system, the child education timeline system and the accounting systems. Depending on the requirements for specific profiles, these trainings can be accessed from the relevant software and their help databases, a question- answer session will complete the list of pending questions. Future questions can be dealt with on an as-is basis.

  • Marketing advertising support
  • Marketing is the key to better visibility of our unique product. While tailoring our franchise options, we have specifically bifurcated costs into various divisions and have provided a reasonable budget requirement for marketing during inception as well as ongoing marketing sessions as a part of our cost of operations budget.
  • While there are some commonalities, in terms of display of relevant information, marketing is best left to local expertise. As a franchisee, you are the best person to decide how to go about using the marketing budget and where to use it. We will provide assistance if required, but believe you are the best judge of how and where your marketing alignment is.
