Parent Partnership
Parents, caregivers and grandparents are encouraged to participate in our daily programme as often as they wish to. We value your involvement as it will enrich the learning experiences for all children. Parents, caregivers, nannys, and grandparents are welcome to gather, mingle, and network at KiwiLearners. You will find a variety of useful information on offer. From time to time we may seek your views or input on the programme through the annual parent survey or areas of the centre that we are reviewing your input is valued and will be used to further inform early childhood provision.

Communications
KiwiLearners keeps parents informed of centre activities through newsletters, notices, StoryPark community, and the KiwiLearners Facebook site (https://www.facebook.com/kiwilearners). We encourage parents to share information with their child’s teachers on a daily basis through home communication notebooks. Email, ePortfolios, and Skype are modes of communication that we can use to directly communicate with you specifically in relation to your child.

Concerns and complaints
Parents and caregivers should feel free to discuss any queries or problems with the Centre Director. Just remember that the busy drop off or pick up times may not always be an appropriate time to have a detailed discussion on your child’s or your needs, and you may need to schedule an appointment with the Centre Director at another time.
If you have any concern or complaint relating to the operation of KiwiLearners, please refer the matter to:
